Birthday Editorial!

Tuesday of this week was my 26th Birthday and as it happens, also the day I shot my most recent fashion editorial.  The shoot went flawlessly.  I'm currently editing and retouching the images for a December submission date.  As soon as the story is published, I'll update with more info.

A Million Thanks to Martin Pretorius, Livio Angeleri, Jeremy Myers, Valerie Gnaedig, Colin Chiucchini, Philipe Linares and Carlos Garcia de Dios for their incredible professionalism throughout the day.  The story truly reflects everyone's efforts and I'm proud to call it my best yet.

Also, another very special thanks to Blenda @ Wilhelmina.  Blenda was a sensational model and a joy to work with.  Not one bad frame from this girl, unbelievable.

Halloween Beauty

Early last week, I had a random thought to put halloween masks on girls in their underwear and high heels.  The idea was to mix the horrifying with the beautiful.  On Saturday I shot in my studio for 3 hours or so and the results were creepier than I had anticipated.  Although the images themselves were odd, the atmosphere on set was even stranger.  Directing someone with a manufactured expression on their face is very jarring.  Check the website for more from the shoot.

Latest Bonobos Shoot

Bonobos just posted some images from our latest shoot in Greenwich, CT last weekend.  The shoot went off without a hitch thanks to our great models from Wilhelmina and RED and the amazing wardrobe styling by the fantastic Sam Spector.

The Bonobos shoots are getting better all the time.

Montauk

I went out to Montauk this weekend with my Mother and Brothers.  I took this picture of the lighthouse at Montauk Point a day before the rain came.
